Job Description

  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring plans are executed on time and at the highest quality;
  • Drive process optimisation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity;
  • Manage and inspire a team of managers, supervisors, and production staff;
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards;
  • Supervise efficient use of materials, machinery, and equipment;
  • Manage the production budget and monitor cost effectiveness;
  • Initiate and manage modernisation and process improvement projects;
  • Work with Technology and R&D teams to introduce new solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within production;
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems related to production management (ERP, MES);
  • Proficiency in production methodologies (e.g. Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence);
  • Knowledge of quality systems (e.g., IATF, ISO, or similar standards);
  • Strong organisational skills - ability to plan, coordinate and monitor production processes;
  • Ability to manage production data and implement process improvements;
  • Solid managerial background: motivating teams, developing people, resolving conflicts;
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic production environment;
  • Min. communicative English (spoken and written).
