Job Description

  • Partner with Commercial leaders and/or functional leaders to design and implement local people strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure that organizational structures, systems, and culture enable effective business performance.
  • Lead talent management and organizational development projects, adapting global strategies to local realities.
  • Identify and address critical talent and organizational challenges.
  • Balance enterprise priorities with regional requirements.
  • Lead organizational change and development initiatives to ensure sustainable impact.
  • Deploy global employee relations frameworks, policies, and tools, tailored to the legal and cultural landscape of Central Europe.
  • Lead and develop a team of local People Advisors, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Promote effective people management practices and provide HR expertise to local business leaders.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions across the region.
  • Lead local consultation processes with employee representatives and social partners.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal governance standards in each country.
  • Monitor and report on employee relations trends, risks, and opportunities across Central Europe.
  • Coach managers to build employee relations awareness and strengthen leadership capability.
  • Manage and mitigate employment-related risks for the business.



The Successful Applicant

  • min. 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in a people management role.
  • Proven experience leading and developing HR teams.
  • Strong track record of coaching and supporting leaders to achieve people and business objectives.
  • Experience managing HR policies and processes in an international or matrix organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and industrial relations within Central Europe.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and support organizational transformation.
