Opis stanowiska

  • achieving growth and sales targets in the area of Western Poland
  • contacting and acquiring Clients active on the lubricants market in the area (auto, moto, HD sectors)
  • preparing and presenting trade offers to the Clients, in cooperation with existing Distributors
  • building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • cooperating closely with sales representatives of Distributors
  • taking part in sales meetings of the Clients and Distributors
  • initiating, implementing and overseeing periodical sales promotion
  • monitoring competition field activities

Profil kandydata

  • Proficiency in English language, written and spoken
  • University degree
  • Located in Poznan/Wroclaw area
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially within MS Excel capabilities
  • Successful proven experience as sales representative in the automotive aftermarket and/or lubricant industry
  • Sound commercial understanding and ability to drive sales process
  • Negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of the region in terms of potential customers presence
