Master data financial analyst - Power BI and ERP Expert

Reporting will play a strategic role within the Europe Healthcare division, driving commercial reporting improvements and data quality improvements. Specifically, drive projects to develop reports and commercial analytics tools to ensure adequate go-to-market strategy, support management decisions and increase local market controllers' agility, and lead the master data clean-up project across various ERP systems.

Opis stanowiska

Monthly update of European database (Power BI) & local market sales report (Excel)
Drive project to develop additional Power BI report (transfer reporting from Excel to Power BI)
Ensure alignment of the reports and dashboard vs management & commercial needs i.e GTW, Pricing, GMI, Mix,
Business partnering for different stakeholders (including Sales & Marketing VP)
Promote Power BI tools to local financial controllers
Provide training on demand
Maintenance process & financial reconciliation process improvement
Ensure regular updates and validation of data in the database
Drive master data cleanse across ERPs systems EBS, Anios & Farmec- including customer, segment, market segment, TM&DM reporting
Working with various stakeholders from customer services, AVP, MDM team, and MAP 2.0 teams to drive consistent hierarchies across systems
Manage end-to-end ownership of master data cleanse i.e. creating individual market files for updates, training stakeholders, following up on status, mitigating issues and communicating status to management.

Profil kandydata

Advanced skillset in Power BI & experience working with databases and information systems
Appetence to run projects and drive transformation
A proven track record of providing financial and market analysis in a B2B environment
Financial analysis skills
Fluent English
Solid project management skills
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering
