Leading the sales and key account management activities for our client in Czechia, with the potential for future responsibilities across neighboring CEE countries. The Area Sales Manage will directly report to the Group Sales Director. The role offers flexibility and can be based either in Prague or from a home office.

A family-owned group with global operations (+650 collaborators) and one of the leading providers of refractory materials to industrial plants across Europe. They are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their team in Czechia.

Headquarter are based in France with offices in Europe and Prague.

Opis stanowiska

Part of the missions for the Area Sales Manager are :

  • Implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets across the designated area.
  • Identify new business opportunities within various sectors using refractory materials,
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Offer technical expertise and product recommendations to clients, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to tailor products for customer-specific applications.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth areas.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the negotiation process for sales agreements, ensuring competitive pricing and mutually beneficial terms.

Profil kandydata

Ideally the candidate should have :

  • Minimum of 5/7 years of experience in the cement industry,
  • Experience in develloping a sales strategy,
  • Engineering or Sales background,
  • Knowledge of the refractory sector,
  • High level of motivation and ability to manage customer relationship with confidence,
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Being result oriented,
  • Fluent in English, French can be a plus.
