For our client, a leader in industrial and chemical manufacturing with factories and clients spanning across Europe, North and South Americas, Asia, we are are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Director to lead company export business and international sales team. This position is fully remote but requires availability for travel.

Our client is a leading international manufacturer of construction chemicals (glass sealants, construction adhesives, and other applications) in the Baltic countries and a top supplier of sealants for the glass industry in Europe. The company has established a strong presence in the market for glass sealants, thanks to its leading role in research and development, as well as its latest technical solutions. Customers include glass packaging manufacturers, builders, wholesalers, and construction material store chains.

Opis stanowiska

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve company targets
  • Leading the company's export business and international sales team
  • Identifying client needs and providing the most effective solutions
  • Conducting market analysis and realizing new business opportunities both locally and internationally
  • Making decisions at operational, strategic, team management, and company development levels to achieve goals.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Profil kandydata

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer management and attraction; Experience with export
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role
  • Experience in sales strategy development and active sales management
  • Deep understanding of the sealant or construction chemistry industry is a plus.
  • Ability to promote cooperation within the company and with collaboration partners in export markets
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to predict trends in various markets and implement innovations
  • Technical thinking and the ability to structure own and others' workflow
  • Ability to foresee existing and new market necessities, including innovation
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Fluent English is a must
