Our Client is global media conglomerate, operating in 15+ market, specialising in publishing and audio production.

Job Description

  • Delivering exceptional service and solutions across SAP FP&A.
  • Streamlining SAP FP&A functionality to improve, optimise, and implement performance for business teams.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of procurement and logistics IT applications for the company.
  • Supporting and consulting internal business units and customers in procurement activities.
  • Consistently communicating with users, business analysts, and IT teams, developing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing new FP&A functionality and enhancements.
  • Automating processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives in SAP FP&A.
  • Collaborating with Business Process Owners and stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, and continuously improve effectiveness, prioritising requirements and issues within SAP FP&A processes.
  • Driving analysis of the impact of requested changes through the request for change process.
  • Creating quality solution documentation, including functional specifications.
  • Configuring and building SAP S/4HANA FP&A solutions.
  • Expert in SAP S/4HANA FP&A and integrated modules/products.
  • Participating in design discussions with clients and leading design and process discussions.
  • Detailing technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution.
  • Resolving issues post go-live and transitioning to support.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 4 years of experience as SAP Consultant (FICO)
  • Ability to perform in a work stream lead role, organising, mentoring, and providing quality assurance on deliverable.
  • In-depth experience with FP&A systems from both technical and functional standpoints.
  • Capable of managing the implementation of approved changes and formally documenting processes, procedures, and user guides.
  • Understanding of Level 2 and Level 3 support requirements.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
