Opis stanowiska

Purpose of the job: Coordinate the implementation of the SAP Template, based on SAP4HANA at production locations worldwide, focusing on Production related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the domain's deliverables for the ERP-Roll-Outs
  • Supports plant readiness activities, e.g. data cleansing
  • Ensures the clarification of process requirements within the agreed timelines
  • Drives the decision process through the Global Process Owners and escalates adequately
  • Supports safeguarding the standardisation approach of the SAP Template
  • Strongly align and collaborate with the IT Workstream Leads, ERP Program- and Roll-Out-Management
  • Single point of contact in the Domain for the related DTAs of the roll-out teams
  • Coaching, and supporting the Domains' DTAs (Digital Transformation Agents) and integrating them into the Domains' regular communication

Profil kandydata

  • Extensive knowledge in production Processes and the related SAP modules like SAP PP, PM, MM, and connections to MES-systems
  • Strong management and project management skills including management of international teams
  • Solid experience in large SAP programs and implementation projects
  • True team player with excellent communication skills and organisation skills
  • Solution-oriented and open-minded
  • Able to analyse and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach
  • Empathetic and culturally open to working with Key-Users and project members from different countries
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
  • Willingness to travel to different sites within the region and worldwide
  • Fluent English language skills
