For our Client - a global consumer goods company with a portfolio of well-known brands - we are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency and compliance across EMEA entities, while also leading a team and driving process improvements.

Opis stanowiska

  • Oversee financial reporting (US GAAP and local GAAP), preparation of statements, forecasts, and management reports,
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting,
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and SOX requirements,
  • Coordinate internal and external audits,
  • Lead and develop an SSC accounting team, fostering their professional growth and engagement,
  • Collaborate with external advisors, local finance teams, and global HQ,
  • Continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and tools,
  • Contribute to corporate projects related to reorganizations, acquisitions, and new initiatives



Profil kandydata

  • Several years of experience in Controllership/Finance roles at managerial level,
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards,
  • Previous experience in an SSC or international environment,
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams,
  • Excellent command of English and German - both required,
  • Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.
