Opis stanowiska
- Manage SAP Application Operations for ERP
- Ensure Services and Service Level for the SAP applications delivering Support globally
- Define KPIs & ensure system monitoring
- Ensure all SAP Operations processes & related support processes
- Support Release management including transport management & change management of major or minor SAP releases
- Operate as gatekeeper to ensure the quality of new SAP solutions
- Manage integrational aspects to meet availability / quality targets
- Continuously improve processes, tools, procedures as well as organization / responsibilities
- Exchange experience with other stakeholders
- Interaction with the Projects and Programmes to improve processes
Profil kandydata
- 5+ years experience as SAP professional application specialist
- ITIL Service Mgt. Knowledge
- University degree in IT or Finance
Knowledge of IT services related to:
- Finance to Close processes and related master data
Process areas:
- Finance (with new General Ledger)
- Fixed Assets
- Banking
- Periodical Processes (Closing)
- Tax reporting
- Financial reporting
- FSCM
Other skills:
- Fluent in English
- Moderation and facilitation
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured working method
- Collaboratively works together with (intercultural) team
- Ability to work remote from home
- Active, lean-forward attitude
