- Management of improvement projects
- Ensure accurate data management in ERP system
- Work in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders throughout the whole process
- Managing customer inquiries and executing timely answers.
- Deal with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
- Maintain accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files
- Providing information to credit control to resolve invoice and payment queries
- Informing customers about order status, invoices, contract balances.
- Bachelor`s degree
- Very good German and good English
- Preferably 2 years' experience in Customer Service or related areas
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
