About Our Client

For our Client, a well-established brand in renewable sector, rapidly growing in Poland and in region, we are looking for candidates Senior Finance Manager / Finance Director based in Warsaw.Candidate will join structures here in Poland, will report to Country Manager and will collaborate strongly group and investors. Role fully independent and stand alone for now. It is important to growing environment and long and complicated cooperation agreement.

Job Description

  • Creating controlling tools and procedures
  • Controlling of the performance of the Group's SPVs and the Group as a whole
  • Statutory, management and bank reporting, cooperation with external providers
  • Budgeting and cash flow forecasting on the standalone and consolidated basis
  • Setting up IFRS reporting
  • Development project controlling
  • Participation in the Group's year-end process including cooperation with the Group's auditors
  • Cooperation and contact with Investors (reports, financial data, recommendations)
  • Supporting decision process concerning establishing new investment projects (ROI, M&A)
  • Budgeting and forecasting of the group's SPVs, incl. calculation of basic financial indicators for project effectiveness assessment
  • Cash flow forecasting plus analysis
  • Cooperation with the financing banks and utilisation requests preparation
  • Other matters of the SPVs assigned in the area of finance, tax and accounting

The Successful Applicant

  • Total experience of min. 8 years including on similar position in business (real estate, construction or services companies) or other areas
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting background; basic knowledge of corporate taxation
  • Very good understanding of accounting matters, legislation and changes
  • Very good English
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel (Macros), Word and Power Point
  • The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, self-starter, should be able to deliver tasks independently however based on information gathered by cooperation with other company members
  • Multitasking attitude and able to understand that this is start-up structures and huge possibilities to grow
  • Able to work independently without daily supervision, self-driven, hands on,
  • Ready to work under time constraints
