Opis stanowiska

  • Acquire new clients and expand presence across Western European markets.
  • Build a strong pipeline through active prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic targeting.
  • Conduct in‑depth analysis of client business needs and translate them into tailored Cloud & Digital Services proposals.
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, including meetings, presentations, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop long‑term strategic relationships with decision‑makers and executive stakeholders.
  • Achieve revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and sales planning.

Profil kandydata

  • Few years of experience selling IT services (preferably Cloud, Digital, or Enterprise IT) to Western European clients.
  • Proven track record in new business hunting and closing complex B2B technology deals.
  • Strong command of the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation to contract signing.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time.
  • Fluent English.
