This role ensures seamless system operations, infrastructure modernization, and security compliance, while acting as the single point of contact for local IT support vendors.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work with ITSM tool to track all tickets.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
  • Implement security measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff members.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement IT projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with Windows Administration, Microsoft Dynamics and Azure Active Directory.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to provide end-user support and resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining security protocols.
  • Proficiency in hardware and software installation and upgrades.
