For our Client - a well established real estate development company and owner - we are seeking for a experienced (Senior) Leasing Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for leading leasing activities and strengthen company market position.

Opis stanowiska

  • Drive the complete leasing process for both existing warehouse parks and new development projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants, including logistics operators, e‑commerce companies, distributors, and light‑manufacturing occupiers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full lease cycle from initial contact through agreement execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and support strategic planning.
  • Cooperate closely with development, property management, legal, and technical teams to ensure efficient delivery of leasing solutions and tenant improvements.
  • Contribute to long-term leasing strategies, occupancy planning, and portfolio optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and leasing performance updates for senior leadership.



Profil kandydata

A successful Senior Leasing Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of the property industry and leasing market.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and finalise leasing agreements effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analysing leasing reports.
