Opis stanowiska

· Design, build, and configure applications, forms, workflows, and custom scripts within the ServiceNow platform.

· Design and architect CMDB, discovery jobs and automation workflows and flow using ServiceNow Orchestrator.

· Customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and perform UI enhancements.

· Create ServiceNow dashboards and workspaces.

· Identify and resolve issues, debugging scripts, workflows, and other ServiceNow elements as needed.

· Manage data within the platform, including imports, transformations, and updates, using ServiceNow's tools and techniques.

· Work with end-users to ensure that solutions meet requirements and best practices supporting business.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scripts, workflows, and other ServiceNow components, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

· Perform data imports, transformations, and updates using ServiceNow's tools and techniques to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

· Work closely with end-users to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions align with business needs.

· Adhere to established governance frameworks, development standards, and best practices to ensure consistent and compliant use of the platform.

· Provide guidance and support to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement.

· Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users and stakeholders on new features and functionalities.

Profil kandydata

· Strong experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, UI Builder, etc.

· At least 5+ years specifically managing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.

· ITSM, CMDB and ITOM experience

· Knowledge of ServiceNow's integration capabilities, including REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with data management tools.

· General Understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, MySQL in planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator are essential. Additional certifications like Certified Implementation Specialist are beneficial.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the platform.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

· ITIL Certification is beneficial.
