Opis stanowiska

As the ServiceNow Platform Lead, you will:

  • Develop and maintain the long-term vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Establish governance frameworks, and best practices, and ensure consistent and compliant platform usage.
  • Grow the adoption of ServiceNow across the Group, digitalizing business processes and driving business efficiency.
  • Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices and continuous platform improvements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement new features, enhancing platform performance and capabilities.

Profil kandydata

  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.) and integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align platform strategy with long-term business goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Expertise in identifying and solving complex platform issues.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in IT, including 3-5 years managing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required, with additional certifications (Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) a plus.
