Our Client is an international company operating in the industrial sector, located in Strzelin.

Purchase goods, materials, and services in line with company policies and business needs.
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to achieve savings and long-term partnerships.
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and potential risks (financial, legal, sustainability).
Manage tenders, RFQs/RFPs, and support procurement projects on time and within budget.
Ensure continuous supply of materials and resolve issues with price, quality, or delivery.
Collaborate with global procurement and internal stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies.
Control purchasing costs (PPV), supplier price lists, payment terms, and invoices.
Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and updates for management.
Drive process improvements and support business performance through efficient sourcing.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Procurement (preferably in categories such as castings, fabrication, machining, mechanical seals, valves, bearings, couplings, mechanical/electrical hardware).
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and result orientation.
High level of accuracy, diligence, and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good English (other languages are an advantage).
Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ERP systems, and procurement tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Strong teamwork, proactiveness, and ability to work in multicultural environments.
Excellent negotiation skills and professional supplier relationship management.
Organized and efficient, with strong project and time management abilities.
