Opis stanowiska

  • Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments for Management Team
  • Preparing reports and analysis
  • Checking incoming invoices
  • Local Administrator of Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Maintaining of intranet sites for the Department
  • Sales and operational Document handling and archiving
  • Performing internal controls
  • Updating Customer Data Base with new and existing Customers
  • Maintaining trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Receptionist duties when needed

Profil kandydata

  • At least 2 year's experience in administrative position
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English and Polish
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook
  • Strong team player with flexibility to work independently
  • Experience in coordination and moderation of the meetings - must have
  • Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
  • high accuracy
  • Good planning, organising and priority setting
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
