Job Description

  • Oversee the supply chain, including demand and supply planning, and distribution of finished products.
  • Manage a team responsible for planning, purchasing, and distribution processes.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction in planning activities, data management, and system processes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise inventory turns, service levels, and profitability, adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives within the supply chain and across various business units.
  • Oversee the Purchasing, Planning, Warehousing, and Final Packaging functions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Preferably university degree in logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
