Opis stanowiska
- Reporting of financial statements for SPVs according to IFRS
- Participation in the consolidation process for the Group
- Budgeting, forecasting and monitoring variances
- Planning and analysing cash flows
- Preparing various ad-hoc management reports for the Board
- Verifying calculation of deferred taxes
- Cooperating with accounting department
- Coordinating the month-end closure
- Providing analytical support for project purchases
- Financial modelling in terms of new development initiatives
Profil kandydata
- Min. 4-5 years of experience in financial audit (preferably BIG4) or controlling and reporting in real estate business
- ACCA, KIBR or equivalent will be a strong advantage
- Very good knowledge of Polish Accounting Act and IFRS is a must
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Commitment, focus on achieving goals
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
- High interpersonal and analytical skills
