Opis stanowiska
- Implementation of the regional pricing strategy and adapting its assumptions to the local conditions and specificity
- Introducing a segmentation policy of customers and products in order to determine the expected price and negotiation possibilities
- Daily cooperation with Business Unit Managers and Product Managers - identifying potential opportunities and risk, giving recommendations and initiating changes in the pricing policy
- Establishing a price approval policy and simulating their impact on incentive programs
- Preparation of financial analyzes and simulations for individual deals
- Current price control and implementation of corrective actions
- Extracting and processing financial data based on many different sources and systems
- Preparation of reports and presentations for the regional meetings of Pricing Managers
Profil kandydata
- Min. 5 years of experience in pricing or revenue management, preferably in an international company from pharmaceutical, FMCG or medical devices industry
- Additional experience in controlling or consulting will be an advantage
- Proven experience in cooperation with commercial teams and top management
- Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of BI and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Initiative in action and hands on approach
