Talent Trends is a comprehensive study of skilled professionals across a multitude of industries. It provides data-driven analysis and actionable insights into the job market, helping businesses navigate the shifting labour market and shape talent strategies for their organisations.As a default, the tool is set up to display worldwide data, but you can explore our insights further by selecting up to two filters, one for country, the other for either job function or job industry. You cannot select both the job function and job industry filters, even if you decide not to select a country filter. Some of the sections of the report also feature drop down filters which allow you to manipulate the data in different ways, in order to understand the full picture.Almost 50,000 participants were surveyed across 178 markets in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, South America, and the Middle East over Q4 2024
