For one of our Clients, we are currently seeking an Embroidery Digitization Expert to join their team in Legnica. This is a newly created position, offering a unique opportunity to build and shape embroidery digitization capabilities within a growing international manufacturing organization. The role requires full on-site presence at the production facility in Legnica.

Job Description

  • Create high-quality embroidery files using Wilcom and Tajima DG16 software.
  • Convert customer artwork, logos, and designs into production-ready embroidery files.
  • Optimize embroidery programs to ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and production performance.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, adjust, and improve embroidery files as needed to achieve optimal results.



The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Embroidery Digitization Expert or Embroidery Designer/Digitizer.
  • Experience with Wilcom embroidery digitizing software
  • Experience with Tajima DG16 is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of embroidery production processes, machine requirements, and embroidery techniques.
  • Proven experience creating high-quality embroidery files for commercial or industrial production.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent communication skills in English or German.
  • Availability to work on-site at the manufacturing facility.
