OTC Team & Process Lead - new GBS

We are looking for an OTC Team & Process Lead to join the core team building a new Global Business Services hub in Wrocław. In this role, you will work closely with the Transition Manager and regional stakeholders to support the successful migration and stabilisation of Order-to-Cash operations from across EMEA.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate Order-to-Cash activities including collections, cash application, invoicing, and dispute management.
  • Support the transition of O2C processes into the Wrocław GBS organisation.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer activities with local teams and business stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Ensure delivery of O2C services in line with agreed quality and performance standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives aimed at improving operational performance.
  • Contribute to working capital and cash collection improvement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement and process optimisation projects.
  • Manage customer-related escalations and support issue resolution.
  • Help implement standardised processes and best practices across the function.
  • Participate in transformation, migration, and automation projects while helping shape the future operating model.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience within Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Credit & Collections.
  • Experience leading a team or acting as a senior subject matter expert.
  • Strong understanding of collections, cash application, invoicing, and dispute management processes.
  • Experience gained within SSC, GBS, or multinational environments.
  • Exposure to process transitions, migrations, or business transformation projects would be an asset.
  • Interest in taking ownership of both people and process-related responsibilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform effectively within a newly created and rapidly evolving organisation.
  • Fluent English.
