Job Description

  • Lead the Serial Planning team for Body Shop and Paint Shop.
  • Manage projects from concept through implementation and final acceptance.
  • Drive process optimization, efficiency, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.
  • Lead production-related changes and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
  • Coordinate planning, procurement, and commissioning of production equipment.
  • Develop work plans and manufacturing concepts for future production needs.
  • Collaborate with international teams, production, and other business functions.
  • Monitor safety, environmental, and workplace standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Previous leadership experience in a technical or production-related area.
  • Experience in project management and production planning.
  • Knowledge of Body Shop, Paint Shop, or manufacturing processes within the automotive industry.
  • Experience preparing RFQs for equipment and services.
  • Familiarity with VW AP, MTM, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • German language skills will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in an international environment and travel when required.
