PTP Team & Process Lead - new GBS

We are seeking a PTP Team & Process Lead to become part of the founding team of a newly created GBS organisation in Wrocław. Working alongside the Transition Manager, you will play a key role in transferring Procure-to-Pay activities from EMEA locations and helping establish scalable processes, ways of working, and team capabilities.

Job Description

  • Lead a team responsible for Procure-to-Pay operations across multiple entities.
  • Support the transition of P2P activities into the newly established Wrocław GBS centre.
  • Partner with local teams to coordinate knowledge transfer and process handovers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of invoice processing, payments, and supplier-related activities.
  • Monitor operational performance and service delivery against agreed KPIs.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Contribute to standardisation and harmonisation initiatives across the P2P function.
  • Support automation and process enhancement projects.
  • Develop and coach team members while helping build a high-performing team culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or Finance Operations.
  • Previous experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, or senior coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of invoice-to-pay processes and supplier management.
  • Experience gained within SSC, GBS, or multinational organisations.
  • Exposure to migrations, transitions, or process improvement initiatives would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, build-up environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on approach combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
  • Fluent English.
