We're looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our Michael Page team in Warsaw, support international recruitment projects and learn from experienced consultants. We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid model, with an office in central Warsaw. Availability of at least 32 hours per week is required.

Job Description

  • Supporting recruitment projects for external clients
  • Searching for candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases and other sourcing tools
  • Reviewing CVs and conducting initial screening calls
  • Coordinating interviews and managing recruitment-related administration
  • Preparing and publishing job advertisements
  • Updating candidate and recruitment information in internal systems
  • Conducting market research, including candidate availability, salary levels and recruitment trends
  • Searching for, organising and analysing data
  • Preparing reports, presentations and client materials in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Supporting the team with project tracking, documentation and other administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Current student status
  • Availability to work at least 32h per week
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working with data and completing administrative tasks
  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time
  • Interest in recruitment, business, market research or consulting
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken, is essential.
