This role combines hands-on financial planning & analysis with people leadership and close cooperation with senior stakeholders. You will lead a team of analysts, drive planning and reporting processes, and act as a key partner to global finance - working 4 days per week from the office in Gdańsk.
FP&A Manager
We are supporting our client in the recruitment of FP&A Analysts and Senior FP&A Analysts to their newly created Global SSC in Gdańsk. As part of the global FP&A team, you will work on planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis for an international business and partner with stakeholders across different regions and time zones. The roles are based in Gdańsk, with a hybrid model of 4 days per week from the office.
FP&A Principal Analyst
This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate monthly account certifications and related balance sheet activities across multiple North American divisions. This includes verifying that each reconciliation is fully supported by documentation, confirming subledger details align with the corporate general ledger, documenting outstanding items, and investigating and resolving significant revenue and expense variances in the following month.
