About Our Client

For our Client - International Real Estate Fund - we are seeking for an Asset Manager who will be responsible for management of Office Portfolio.

The role is responsible for the day‑to‑day asset management activities of a diversified real estate portfolio located accross Poland, with a strong focus on financial performance, leasing activities, reporting and management of external property managers. The position is well suited for professionals who want to further strenghten their asset management expertise in an international environment within a well established long-term investor.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement the property strategy for each individual asset, ensuring alignment with the overall portfolio strategy.
  • Execute, monitor and regularly update the business plan for each property, including the preparation of decision templates and recommendations for management approval.
  • Drive the achievement of asset-level performance targets, with a strong focus on NOI, leasing performance, CAPEX planning, tenant relations and long-term value creation.
  • Coordinate and connect the internal and external functions involved in delivering the approved property strategies and performance objectives.
  • Manage and implement leasing activities, including development of usage concepts, leasing strategies, marketing initiatives and cooperation with brokers.
  • Oversee valuation processes, including preparation of relevant asset data, coordination with independent appraisers and review of valuation outputs.
  • Contribute to and coordinate ESG and sustainability matters at asset level, including initiatives supporting energy efficiency, regulatory requirements and group sustainability ambitions.
  • Define and maintain reporting standards for property management, including report content, analysis requirements, group reporting needs and use of company-dedicated AI or reporting tools.
  • Supervise and coordinate external property managers, leasing brokers, consultants and other service providers, ensuring quality, accountability and timely delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the asset management role
  • Good command of English (working language); knowledge of Polish is required
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of RE financials and execution of business plans
  • Structured and reliable working style, strong willingness to learn
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
