Job Description

  • Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for a portfolio of clients
  • Coordinate audit planning, execution, and completion activities
  • Review audit documentation and ensure compliance with auditing standards
  • Manage engagement budgets and timelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
  • Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks during engagements
  • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations
  • Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of external audit experience
  • Experience leading audit engagements and managing teams
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
  • Professional qualification or active progression towards qualification (ACCA, Polish Statutory Auditor, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Client-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
