Job Description

  • Own and drive the global Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace strategy, roadmap, and governance across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, and related technologies.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging Microsoft innovations and define how they should be adopted to improve productivity, collaboration, automation, and employee experience.
  • Lead the adoption and value realization of AI-powered workplace capabilities, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agents, and future Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Partner closely with Business, Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, and AI teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric workplace solutions.
  • Act as the global owner of the Microsoft 365 platform, overseeing platform optimization, compliance, security, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders globally, leading strategic initiatives, driving adoption, and managing a team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Workplace strategy, AI-powered productivity solutions, automation, and emerging Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven experience developing technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide adoption programs.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, and AI organizations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
