You will serve as the key technical authority for high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems, supporting production continuity, technical development, and the successful execution of capital investment projects.

Job Description

  • Acting as the technical authority responsible for the plant's electrical power infrastructure, including High, Medium and Low Voltage systems (HV/MV/LV).
  • Ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of electrical installations and equipment across the manufacturing site.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of electricians and maintenance professionals.
  • Driving preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Managing and supporting electrical infrastructure projects, including modernization, expansion and capital investment initiatives.
  • Investigating failures and technical issues, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining electrical standards, procedures and technical documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency and optimize power consumption.
  • Managing contractors and external service providers delivering electrical works on-site.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, or industrial power systems within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with High, Medium, and Low Voltage electrical installations (HV/MV/LV).
  • Experience leading technical teams or coordinating maintenance and engineering activities.
  • Valid SEP E & D qualifications, preferably up to 110 kV.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical safety regulations, risk assessment principles, and industrial standards.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (minimum B2 level - must have).
  • Ability to work with technical documentation and engineering tools (e.g. AutoCAD).
  • Strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational reliability.
  • Knowledge of ATEX and/or SEVESO requirements.
  • Experience gained in a manufacturing environment or other high-hazard industrial settings.
  • Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance, or Asset Management methodologies.
