About Our Client

Our client is a growing international manufacturing organization with operations across Poland, the UK, and the Netherlands. Following a period of significant business growth and organizational transformation, the company is looking for an ERP Application Owner to become the internal expert responsible for its ERP landscape and support future digital initiatives.

Job Description

  • Act as the primary owner of the company's ERP systems, including Exact and Priority.
  • Coordinate ERP-related changes, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Support business users across Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Sales functions.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders, supporting key operational and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate cooperation with external ERP partners and service providers.
  • Support system integrations, reporting initiatives, and data quality activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues while ensuring business continuity.
  • Deliver user training and promote best practices across the organization.
  • Contribute to strategic ERP initiatives, including future migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERP Application Owner should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP applications.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly within Finance.
  • Experience supporting ERP users and collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Good SQL knowledge and data analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors or implementation partners.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level).



Nice to have:

  • Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Exposure to ERP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Exact, or similar ERP solutions.
  • Understanding of production, supply chain, or procurement processes.
