Operating as part of a larger group, the company values precision and efficiency in its operations, offering a supportive and structured workplace.Job DescriptionSupport controlling and financial reporting activities within a developing finance hub in a production environmentParticipate in monthly closing process, including variance analysis and preparation of management reportsMonitor financial performance, analyze deviations vs. budget/forecast and identify key driversSupport budgeting and forecasting processes in cooperation with local stakeholdersAssist in preparation of financial reports and presentations for the local CFOWork closely with accounting team (AP/AR/GL) to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial dataExtract, analyze and interpret data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and other reporting toolsSupport cost controlling processes, including cost center analysis and tracking operational expensesParticipate in process improvements and implementation of controlling standards aligned with SSC methodologyProvide ad hoc analyses and support business decision-making processesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and reporting frameworksThe Successful ApplicantA successful Financial Controller with German should have:2-5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A or accounting-related rolesGood understanding of financial statements, controlling principles and reporting processesExperience with ERP systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage)Very good command of German (min. B2) and English (min.
