Financial Controller (OZE)

In this position, you will take full ownership of the finance area in Poland, acting as the main point of contact for all financial matters locally while collaborating closely with international stakeholders.
This is not a "layered" corporate role - we are looking for someone who is comfortable combining strategic oversight with operational execution.

• Take full responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Manage month-end closing and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare management reports and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external advisors
• Oversee tax compliance and cooperate with tax advisors
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Support business decisions through financial analysis
• Set up and improve financial processes in a developing structure
