About Our Client

Our Client is an international production company from chemical industry based in Wrocław.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of regulatory experts and specialists across multiple product areas
  • Oversee Product Safety and Dangerous Goods Classification, ensuring full compliance with global regulatory requirements
  • Supervise the creation and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets, product labels, and classifications based on chemical composition and regulatory frameworks
  • Ensure accurate data management and process execution within SAP systems
  • Manage Chemical Regulatory Compliance (including EU REACH and US TSCA) and support global regulatory strategy
  • Oversee Trade Controls Compliance for exports, coordinating with global subject matter experts
  • Lead Material Master Data processes, ensuring correct setup and governance in SAP
  • Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, customers, and industry associations
  • Contribute to and implement global strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, compliance standards, and team performance

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in chemistry, toxicology, environmental science, or related field (PhD would be an additional asset)
  • Proven experience in Product Safety and Dangerous Goods Classification (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of global chemical regulations, including EU REACH and US TSCA (mandatory)
  • Experience working in SAP environments (hands-on or managing SAP-based processes)
  • Experience in managing or cooperating with global expert teams
  • Understanding of Trade Controls Compliance
  • Experience in Chemical Regulatory
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align regulatory requirements with commercial priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at different organizational levels
  • Ability to operate in a complex, international environment
  • Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
  • Leadership mindset focused on enabling experts and building high-performing teams
  • Experience in a global role or working across multiple regions
