This is a leadership role with significant impact on business performance, responsible for shaping and executing eCommerce vision, delivering ambitious revenue and profitability targets.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's eCommerce, marketplace strategy
  • Drive profitable growth across all digital commerce channels
  • Identify new business opportunities, sales channels, and market expansion initiatives
  • Build long-term digital growth plans and business cases
  • Own eCommerce revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Develop annual business plans, forecasts, and performance reviews
  • Develop and oversee retail media strategies and investments
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing eCommerce team
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
  • Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Online Sales, or related commercial functions
  • Proven track record of delivering significant online revenue growth within in Consumer Goods sector
  • Strong experience managing key eCommerce channels like eg., eRetailers, Marketplaces, and D2C, B2B platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing team
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Fluent English
