Establish HR function from the ground up (Poland)Design and implement core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle, retention, engagement)Act as the primary HR partner for all employees in PolandBuild HR policies, procedures, and documentation compliant with Polish labour law and group requirementsEnsure smooth employee experience during rapid scale-up3. Act as strategic HR business partnerPartner with GBS/Sales Director and senior stakeholdersTranslate business goals into people strategy (org design, capability building, scaling model)Support leadership in building a high-performance culture within a start-up-like environment4. Build and lead the HR teamDefine HR structure aligned with business growth (HRBP, TA, operations, etc.)Recruit and develop the HR team from scratchEstablish governance, roles, and responsibilities to support sustainable growth5.
