For our Client, an international company from the consumer goods / personal care sector, we are looking for a People Partner / HR Business Partner to support its Warsaw-based commercial organisation on an approximately 6-month contract. This is a visible, business-facing role for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with commercial leaders, combining hands-on HR support with strategic people guidance.

Job Description

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for the Warsaw-based commercial organisation.
  • Partner closely with leaders and managers across Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and other business functions.
  • Provide visible HR support to the local business, with regular presence in the Warsaw office.
  • Support day-to-day HR topics, employee matters and ongoing people processes.
  • Work closely with the regional HR Director, People Partner team, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services.
  • Help translate business priorities into practical people actions.
  • Support organisational change, employee engagement, talent and development initiatives.
  • Use HR data and insights to support people decisions and identify key trends.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees in line with local HR practices and company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience and strong collaboration across local and regional teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Manager or strong HR Generalist.
  • Has worked closely with commercial teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial or Finance.
  • Has experience in an international or matrix organisation.
  • Feels confident partnering with managers and senior leaders.
  • Combines a hands-on approach with a business partnering mindset.
  • Is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not everything is fully defined.
  • Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Is proactive, positive and able to work independently.
  • Has a good understanding of Polish HR practices and the local labour market.
  • Speaks fluent English.
  • Is available to start quickly and open to an approximately 6-month assignment.
  • Is able to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.



Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, cosmetics, beauty, retail, pharma or another sales-driven environment would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
