Job Description

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with local and global business objectives.
  • Partner closely with the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team on all people-related matters.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the local HR team.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support organizational growth through workforce planning and capability building.
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and corporate policies.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted partner to local and international stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic business decisions as a key member of the leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

  • An experienced HR leader with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience gained within manufacturing environments.
  • A professional who has spent at least 4 years as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, or HR Director with full responsibility for a manufacturing site employing 250+ employees.
  • A proven people leader with experience managing and developing HR teams.
  • Strong experience gained within international manufacturing organizations.
  • Exposure to businesses that have undergone significant growth, expansion, transformation, or scaling.
  • A true HR Business Partner who understands how to translate business strategy into people solutions.
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the business while operating strategically.
  • A professional with outstanding communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels, from shop floor to executive leadership.
  • An individual who builds credibility quickly and develops strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.
  • A leader passionate about developing people, strengthening organizational capability, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces accountability, and takes ownership of key initiatives.
  • A proactive and resilient professional who enjoys driving change and delivering tangible business impact.
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills are essential.
