Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and corporate standards
  • Oversee and continuously improve core HR processes, including:



recruitment and onboarding,

talent development and training,

performance management,

employee engagement initiatives,

compensation & benefits,

internal communication and employer branding

  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives
  • Build strong employee relations and coordinate communication with employee representatives/unions where applicable
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and promote employee engagement at all levels
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law, internal policies, and health & safety regulations
  • Represent the organization during external audits and inspections conducted by governmental authorities
  • Lead or support internal investigations in line with company policies and legal requirements
  • Manage and develop the local HR team
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to operational excellence and organizational development
  • Promote an inclusive, ethical, and collaborative workplace culture

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including several years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence, manage change, and build effective relationships across the organization
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
