Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes across multiple legal entities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Support VAT and corporate income tax filings in collaboration with local advisors where required
  • Participate in financial analysis, reporting, and ad hoc finance projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and drive operational efficiencies
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Finance team



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting systems such as Comarch, Xero, Fortnox would be a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Knowledge of Polish tax and VAT regulations will be considered an advantage
  • Proactive, independent, and ambitious personality with a hands-on approach
  • Fluency in both English and Polish is mandatory
