We are looking for an Insurance Operations Analyst to join Acrisure's newly developing team in Gdańsk to support its London insurance and reinsurance business. You will process contracts, premiums and payments, resolve queries and work closely with brokers, account managers and finance teams, developing your expertise in London Market operations.

About Our Client

We are recruiting for Acrisure, a global fintech and insurance solutions company expanding its presence in Poland through a new operational hub in Gdańsk's Olivia Centre. The hub supports international operations across Finance & Accounting, FP&A, Compliance, IT, Cybersecurity and HR. This role will support Acrisure Re, an Agency Partner of Acrisure LLC, working within insurance and reinsurance operations for the London Market. Globally, Acrisure operates across 19 countries, employs around 20,000 people and generates approximately $5 billion in annual revenue. Job Description

  • Enter London office contracts and process transactions in the broker system.
  • Support brokers and account managers with contract input and invoicing.
  • Process bureau and non-bureau insurer payments within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor and report contract status against internal and external deadlines.
  • Work with brokers on contract wording to support accurate market closing.
  • Resolve internal and external queries and provide transaction status reports.
  • Prepare FDO submissions.
  • Analyse written and paid bordereaux.
  • Process premiums and assist with cash allocation.
  • Handle Velonetic submissions and resolve related queries.
  • Prepare statistical reports and calculate profit commission.
  • Maintain service levels, processing quality and operational controls.

The Successful Applicant

  • Initial experience processing London Market contracts, including Market Reform Contracts and binding authorities.
  • Familiarity with contract input, invoicing and closing through London Market systems.
  • Working knowledge of London Market accounting and settlement procedures.
  • Knowledge of processing entries across multiple territories.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident use of systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organisation.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Confidence identifying and escalating critical issues.
  • Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility, a positive approach and openness to varied responsibilities.
  • A collaborative approach, keeping colleagues informed and updated.
  • Focus on results, team goals and internal and external customer satisfaction.
