This role requires a hands-on individual who can combine operational, process, and system perspectives, while effectively collaborating with both local and international teams.

Job Description

Operational support and issue resolution:

  • Analyze ongoing challenges within the export process,
  • Identify issues related to the Control Tower system,
  • Cooperate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve system-related problems,
  • Support the operational team in daily activities (shipment flow management).

Process optimization and improvement:

  • Analyze and align export processes with the implemented system,
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and manual workarounds,
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Build and implement a standardized Way of Working.

Collaboration and change management:

  • Work closely with local and global teams,
  • Support the team in adapting to new tools and processes,
  • Manage stakeholders effectively and build strong relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in process improvement / continuous improvement.
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, or export (preferred).
  • Hands-on approach with strong operational involvement.
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify system-business gaps.
  • Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, operations).
  • Solution-oriented and proactive.
  • Able to deep-dive into processes and drive practical improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
