Job Description

  • Managing and developing strategic relationships with key international retail chains and distributors across CIS markets
  • Independent and comprehensive management of commercial projects
  • Building and executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Conducting commercial negotiations and managing financial aspects of client cooperation
  • Monitoring market trends, competition, and retail (RT) market rules
  • Category management, activities and portfolio optimization
  • Analysis of sales performance, profitability, and market data
  • Close collaboration with internal departments

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in the FMCG sector, CIS markets
  • Experience working with international retail chains
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager role, responsible for P&L per customer
  • Very good command of English and Ukrainian or Russian (spoken and written)
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills
