Job Description

  • Ability to gather and examine periodic evaluation results
  • Collecting and analyzing learning needs within the organization
  • Ability to design engaging learning programs
  • Monitoring and reporting on training participation and completion metrics to help measure program effectiveness
  • Facilitating Onboarding Programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Coordinating tasks related to the implementation of the employee development budget
  • Offering and implementing solutions that support employee development within the organization
  • Influencing performance management



The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years' experience working in Learning & Development or related field
  • Knowledge of the training market and available development solutions
  • Proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Based in Trójmiasto
