About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy platform operating across European power markets. The company is focused on building a high-performing trading and operations infrastructure to support a rapidly expanding portfolio of assets, with a strong footprint in Poland.

Job Description

  • Oversee scheduling and nomination processes across the European portfolio, with a strong focus on Poland
  • Manage interactions with TSOs and market operators, including PSE and other European entities
  • Ensure accurate settlement, reconciliation, and reporting in line with European and local Polish market standards
  • Develop and optimise trading operations procedures, aligning them with European market design and local regulatory requirements
  • Validate market and production data integrity, ensuring compliance with EU and Polish reporting obligations
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, including EU network codes and REMIT, as well as Polish grid and market rules
  • Drive process improvement, governance, and operational discipline across trading operations
  • Enhance transparency and efficiency in operational workflows, particularly in relation to the Polish market



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in power market operations, trading support, or back-office roles
  • Strong knowledge of Polish energy market operations, including TSO (PSE) processes and settlement mechanisms
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling and nomination processes
  • Solid understanding of European power market structures and regulations
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Structured, process-driven approach to work
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and markets
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
