Job Description

  • Overseeing the daily administration of the office, ensuring efficient and well-organized operations
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and organizational support to Partners and the team
  • Coordinating calendars, meetings, and internal logistics
  • Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Handling incoming correspondence, calls, and general inquiries
  • Organizing business travel arrangements and supporting expense tracking
  • Supporting basic HR-related tasks (onboarding logistics, documentation, coordination with external providers)
  • Assisting with internal events, meetings, and company initiatives
  • Maintaining office policies and supporting process improvements



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in office administration or office management (preferably in a small company or professional environment)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with high ownership of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and service-oriented approach, especially in contact with guests and partners
  • Good command of Polish and English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working independently and supporting multiple stakeholders
