The role sits within a brand-new finance SSC structure, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the build-out of a new organization and drive operational excellence from day one.

Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process framework across the SSC organization.
  • Design and deploy standardized OTC processes, governance structures, and control mechanisms.
  • Lead the development of a best-in-class OTC organization supporting multiple countries and business units.
  • Oversee process areas including Customer Master Data, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management, and Dispute Resolution.
  • Establish KPI and SLA frameworks focused on cash flow performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to increase productivity and reduce manual effort.
  • Lead future transition and migration activities into the SSC environment.
  • Build and manage high-performing OTC teams and leadership structures.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and Controlling stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks across the process.
  • Support system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience within Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Customer Finance operations.
  • Previous experience in OTC Process Ownership, Shared Services leadership, or Finance Transformation roles.
  • Proven experience managing teams within an SSC, GBS, or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC process design and governance.
  • Experience driving process standardization and organizational transformation.
  • Knowledge of working capital optimization and cash flow improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience implementing performance management frameworks and operational KPIs.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and influence across functions.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and process automation initiatives.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English.
